Floor, The McCoy Buildings The Down and Connor Office was opened in 1994 to serve pioneer councils throughout the Catholic Diocese of Down & Connor. The diocese is the second largest in Ireland consisting of 88 parishes, covering all of County Antrim, most of County Down and parts of Counties Derry and Armagh.
